"Simple and easy to use to help you grow Healthy Hair ,Naturally."
Q: When did you realize your love/passion for hair?
A: At age 8 in 3rd grade. I learned to braid on a Cabbage Patch Doll. I remember the very moment. I had been practicing on the yarn haired doll day and night for a few days then I finally got it. I mastered 3 strand braiding! I remember keeping that particular braid in the dolls hair and moving on to barbie.
Q: Was cosmetology something that you always wanted to do
A: I feel that I've always been in cosmetology. I went to school for music and business but somewhere in between I got licensed in Natural Hair and worked in salons making the world beautiful, as I would call it. I consider the Hair and Beauty Industry something that is natural to me.
Q: From who or where did you learn the most?
A: My Mother. I always think of her as a free spirited Hippie and I absolutely Love her for that! She taught me to think outside of the box and consider the deeper meaning in things.
Q: What is the most important thing that you ever learned in this business?
A: Do all things with the highest integrity. That is the key to true progress.
Q: What challenges have you had to face with creating your hair line?
A: Squeezing more time out of a day.
Q: Your customers love you; you're great at what you do...what is the motivation to take your career in this direction?
A: Hair styling can become a physically demanding task after numerous years. It was at 17 years as a Natural Stylist when God blessed me with Rootspiration. I am thankful that I can still help people in growing their hair in my new role. I believe things happen for a reason so all of my efforts are in this venture and instructional courses as styling has come to an official close.
